Roof Edge Solutions
The roofline is often a problem area - difficult to access, making maintenance and repair time- consuming and costly. The Archifab response is the offer of both bespoke and standard solutions (where existing moulds can be re-used).
Fascias and soffits are produced off-site, and the lightweight but highly durable fabrication is simply lifted and fixed securely in position.
The Archifab team can undertake all aspects of design and fixing as part of the contract.
Gutter Systems
The Archifab integrated fascia/soffit/gutter systems provides roofline elegance, functionality and ease of maintenance.
Available are both bespoke and standard options (where existing moulds can be re-used).
Where Sustainable Urban Drainage legislation compliance is required in the building design, the Archifab integrated system can attenuate water at the roofline as a result of designing the attenuation requirement into the fascia/soffit system.
Again, the Archifab team can undertake all aspects of design and fixing as part of the contract.
Gutter Lining Solutions
"The Archifab gutter lining solution solves the perennial problem of leaking gutters - permanently.
Each job is tailored to a specific application. Site templates are taken of the existing failed gutter, from which bespoke moulds are formed. Prefabricated gutter lengths are laminated in-house and then installed by skilled operatives using a patented flexible jointing system.
Benefits provided by using Archifab Gutter Linings:
- Gutter linings are tailor made for each site and manufactured in tough GRP, which is totally maintenance free. This provides a long-term solution alleviating the need for future patching or replacement.
- Gutter linings can be produced in a variety of shapes and sections to suit individual requirements. Problems presented by unusual roof profiles are easily overcome.
- Gutter linings are installed with a patented flexible joint system to allow for expansion and contraction. This resolves the problems of fractured joints otherwise caused by the differential movement of materials.
- Gutter linings are fitted by skilled roofing tradesmen into the existing gutters with little or no disruption to the adjacent roof structure. This greatly reduces the costs of repair and causes no disruption to shop floor activites below.
